Salary Expectations

Since yours is a new hotel or restaurant, you probably do not have the ability to hire a huge group of staff members. Hence, it is important that you come up with a budget of the total amount of money that you are willing to pay to the employees for your business to stay afloat. One way of ensuring that you do not end up with people who have very high expectations, is by asking the candidates what they expect to earn per month, per year, or the hourly rate. This will greatly help you to get a group of people who are willing to grow with you.

Finally, make sure the people you hire are good looking as there are clients that grade restaurants based on the appearance of the staff members.
